This is a design comp submitted for Earth Touch massage. The owner hosed me, stole my design, and ended up having her daughter copy my design to make her site.
Oh, well! Her daughter was still not able to capture the simple, elegant beauty of my design.

Sorry to hear that you got screwed. But, I hope you have learned a valuable lesson on the importance of working with a contract. Never start a job without one in place, and especially do not provide a comp without having a signed contract.
There are plenty of websites that can help you tailoring a generic contract and there are even books that have templates of contracts on CD's. However, it's always beneficial to talk to a lawyer.
As per the design, simple, elegant with an inviting colour scheme. What about the images? Where did they come from? Did the client purchase them? If they don't own them, they are in violation of copyright laws.
